Terms and Conditions

1. The service

RBT Training (the "Platform") provides online training, records of progress and related tools to enrolled learners and the staff who support them. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell an administrator at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Platform only for its training purpose. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share, attempt to reach records that are not yours, or interfere with the service. Staff must record attendance, assessments and notes truthfully.

4. Content

Lessons, documents and other material on the Platform belong to RBT Training or to the third parties that publish them and are provided for your own study. Links to third-party videos and documents open on those parties' own sites under their terms.

5. Records

The Platform keeps records of lessons completed, attendance, assessments and journal entries. These records are kept for as long as your enrolment and any accreditation requirement needs them. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and why.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change; these terms may be updated, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, RBT Training is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
