What we collect
Your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash); the role you hold; your progress through lessons, attendance at live sessions, quiz results, journal entries and, where the programme requires it, assessment and certification records.
Why we collect it
To run your training, show you and your supervisor where you stand, send you messages about your programme, and keep the records an accrediting body may ask to see.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in; it is marked HttpOnly and SameSite and expires after a day. Your light-or-dark preference is kept in your browser only. Embedded videos load from a privacy-enhanced host that sets no cookie until you press play.
Sharing
Your records are visible to you, to the staff assigned to you and to administrators. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Third-party sites you open from a link have their own policies.
Transactional messages (account, sessions, programme reminders) are part of the service. Announcements can be switched off from any announcement email.
Retention and your rights
Records are kept for the length of your enrolment and any period an accreditation requirement sets. You may ask your administrator for a copy of your data or for correction of anything inaccurate.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers we control. Access is by role and is logged.
